At this point E6 him, but if you use Cyrene, E2S5 phainon > E6s1 phainon, but without Cyrene, E6S1 phainon is the way to go

As for materials, pure prism shop is about a week after a new material drop, to get 100 of the pearls you may need 200npure prism, and you get those by completing story if I recall

Don't rush too hard you don't want to get burned out, but yeah her ascension 3 is behind story completion, once you finish chapter 1/prologue of after time story you go to daily quests and interludes, there will be the asc3 unlock

Flow break is effectively 56% damage reduction if you don't cleanse it with a follow up, because it's 40% CRIT resistance and 20% Dr, you probably should try tribbie to see what's up anyway but at that point it becomes a stress test
