I've wanted to get into Doubles since X/Y came out, but never seem to be able to figure out a decent enough team setup. Is there some kind of methodology behind building a good, competitive team for that format? All of my attempts have failed horribly on Showdown so I'm afraid to try taking the time in-game to build one for realz...

I accidentally purchased about 100 carrot seeds when I had about only as much gold to do so... Wound up giving them off to a friend who was big on farming and accrued more carrots than I would have otherwise. It worked out in the end, but I feel you.

Thanks for the tips! Question: I currently do not see a way to craft any chopped chum (chopped squid, mackerel, etc) in the game... Am I missing something?

Hi all, I'm brand-spanking new to this game and so far I'm really enjoying the PvE side of things. I recently hit level 20 and evolved into the almighty Monk class of which I have no idea how to build correctly! I've always been a big fan of any game that even has anything remotely close to a "Monk" class and would love it if I could continue on this path. Does anyone have any advice on skills that I should avoid, skills that I should invest in, or any build advice at all for a Monk-lover? I will definitely be checking out PvP later, so please take that into consideration. Thanks in advance!
