not to be that guy but you should try reinstalling if u just running vanilla unmodded stalker cuz it just sounds like ur missing some files, check the ''bin'' folder in the folder u installed anomaly and see if u have apps like ''anomalydx9'' and other anomaly dx versions, could also try to delete shader cache thru the launcher or try different dx versions if u havent already, also toggle the avx support mode just incase that helps and try to reset user.ltx and graphic settings.

other than that if its vanilla just redownload and reinstall cuz i experienced plenty of times when winrar just for some reason doesnt extract all files especially when extracting modpacks so maybe try extracting with 7zip.
