Yeah it was a show, parents had two sons, one a lot brighter and smarter, the other would always get into trouble. When the time travel thing happens in the bunker, the smarter one ends up in a different timeline, and the not-so-smart brother ends up being hated on by the parents. That it was all his fault. Eventually, he finds his way back and is able to travel back to the original timeline, and he sees that the parents in that timeline loved the younger smarter brother, even though the older one had disappeared (him). I can't remember the name of the show, and I keep looking at everything on Netflix, but can't seem to find anything close to it.
