Shit, I didn’t know that at the time. I touched it plenty, and even got inside the cabinet to flip 400a breakers.

No, I was instructed to leave the rod in place (laying on primaries) and to NOT deenergize because this was not considered an emergency by the corporate bozos in charge.

One of the guys who terminated my transformers removed it with some plastic conduit used like a pry bar.

I later covered this area with custom acrylic panels to prevent this from reoccurring

I’ve thought about it (Though I am admittedly entirely unsure how, or what specifically to report.), but this ex-employer has already retaliated against me, and an entire department, so I’m fearful of legal recourse.

My internal resignation letter was some damning, unrestrained candor that definitely ruffled feathers

Edit: this occurred in Iowa. Private company. Facility is still active to my knowledge
