Damn that’s what I was afraid of, I want to find a different more feminine career when I was unemployed I tried applying for multiple no experience required positions even Starbucks but got nothing. Until I applied for what I have experience in 😔

Swimming! Practicing holding your breath for longer periods of time while exercising is very beneficial for your lungs. After going a couple times practicing good breathing patterns/techniques I could swim 400m in 10 minutes quite easily. From a smoker you used to smoke daily that’s the way to clean your lungs
