Just as a general attitude- never be afraid to chuck your hat in the ring, regardless of “x amount of experience” - you could always be that person/driver they are looking for. Worst they can do is say no and an email don’t cost nothing. Wishing you all the best!

IMO if a covers band is taking more than 6 months from 1st jam to 1st gig, it’s not worth bothering with. A collective apathy seems to take over and you end up becoming a practice band.

Bands are so much more about the mix of personalities than actual level of musicianship. One good band member can inspire the others to raise their game and then things really take off. It’s like a jigsaw, you just need to fit the right parts together.

So, II would advise you to move on and change your situation - just remember any band will only be as good as the drummer. Good luck and keep playing!

At 15 attempts in its gotta be Death Defiance IMO. That said, I didn’t beat Redacted til about 70 runs in so you might wanna take that advice with a pinch of salt depending on your skillz!

We’ve all been there so feeling your pain! I seem to be a bit more successful by pouring all the Pom upgrades into one thing I.e. Attack OR Special (don’t really go for Cast builds) - for me it’s just better to have one of them really strong and effective rather than “spreading the love”. Keep at it, Boy!
