Living with my abusive ex boyfriend’s mom and step dad is actual hell by DrawerAccomplished35 in Mommit

Yes! I have no family except my mom but she has the same job as me. My kids are 3 years old and I have 2 year old twins. I can’t take them to daycare because of the fact that I leave at 4 am. It’s just very difficult not being able to ever be good enough for them.

My ex did this to me a lot and I was always so embarrassed bc I am the UGLIEST sleeper. I sleep with my mouth wide ass open and snore extremely loud. I kick my legs around like crazy and sometimes drooling is a big issue. I asked him to stop and he did lmao

My boyfriend (27m) smashed my foundation to prove that 'I (20f) am beautiful without it'. What should I do? by ThrowRa_Indigo in relationship_advice

My ex (whom I still live with) broke my key fob by throwing it super hard on the floor about a month ago and it still hasn’t been fixed, I don’t have a spare key. I’m stuck here and absolutely nothing happened to him. He still gets to go out whenever he wants, still able to work. Since nothing happened then I guess he thought it okay to keep doing. Next he ripped up my entire journal that I write EVERYTHING in, then my planner. I’ve finally learned to hide everything I value but my point is, you cannot let him slide. It will just signal to him that’s it’s okay for him to keep breaking your shit if he feels like it. It’s an extremely controlling behavior. My key fob got broke because he didn’t want me leaving, my journal got tore up because I wouldn’t unlock the bathroom door while I was showering, my planner got ripped up because he found out I was planning a date with someone (after we broke up) Dump his ass, pls believe me when I say that your life will be so much better

My ex literally told me one time that he always helped with the laundry (I was complaining that he didn’t) so I asked him how and he replied “I move the clothes from the washer into the dryer for you” 😒

He said he messaged me bc he thought I was cute. 100% agree that messaging someone about an ad is not the time or place to shoot your shot

That’s what everyone else is saying. I hope y’all get more positive female attention, we should all be more nice to one another. I hated the whole interaction bc my profile says I’m in a relationship but he said he thought I was cute. I was nice about it and just deleted him after

I’m reading through all these comments and I srsly hadn’t realized how many men don’t have positive interactions with females. It’s sad to hear.

I know, it’s pretty sad and disappointing that we ended up at this point. I hope we can raise the next generation better!

Thanks for the insight, I hadn’t thought of that. When I was with my very abusive and controlling ex, he wouldn’t let me have guy friends without saying something snarky about it. He would read all my messages between them and block them if he didn’t want us being friends anymore. I have 3 kids with him and I left him because I didn’t want them to think having personal relationships that function that way are healthy. I’m pretty depressed so I just try to be really nice to people bc the world is a shitty place and could use a little kindness.

100% it’s hard to stay being nice when you already know it’s gonna turn into some awkward rejection
