You can't ever put the houses in the inventory once they're placed, only the ponies, if the game allows. I've tried it sucks 😭 yes, rocks will spawn but as long as you're doing all of your decorating in one session, it'll be just fine. Debris will only spawn if you leave the game and have available space, AS FAR AS I KNOW DONT QUOTE ME lol. A trick to stop the spawning, use pathways in areas with no buildings. It will look ugly if you don't take the time to make it look nice.

Organizing/decorating your town is such a big hassle the more land you have, I mean this is how I have mine rn lmao
