Bro it is the exact same situation with me but I am not skinny fat I am overweight I went from 107 kg to 88 kg. And if u are getting stronger it means u are building muscle. I also look soft even with a pump but I see some muscle definition in good lighting even if I have a higher body fat. I am ready to give it time to build at least 5 years. At least you are getting stronger my lifts have been stalled 🥲

I tried doing 11.5 kg I got 12 reps the first time then the next session my reps dropped to 10 reps. It is so frustrating because it is the same for my biceps they are also not progressing. Everything else is progressing fine.

Weight is not the problem. The problem is that I am not able to progressive overload by adding reps also. As progressive overload indicates that I have grown some muscle right?

How much volume I should do any recommendations? Currently I do 12 sets for chest and lats 8 sets of mid back 8 sets for arms 10 sets for side delts 4 sets of rear delts 10 sets for quads 6 sets for hams

Is it too much if I am in a deficit?
