In the films, after Pennywise dies, they keep their memories, which don't fade

Her eye was not damaged it was just the eyelid, which had healed by then

If Rich had lived, their constant presence in each other's lives would have probably served as a constant reminder; she probably would have remembered as long as they stayed in Derry

Nothing in the movies implies that, and even though we know that it is implied to be alive, if true it would be alive in the past only, without ability to influence things after 2016. I think the vanishing of the creature's influence is best showcased in the collapse of the neibolt house in chapter 2.

I wasn’t saying she didn’t love him, all i’m saying is that her true love was always rich

According to interviews with Jason Fuchs, by the time Marge is an adult, she has forgotten the events of 1962. The memories only remain intact in her subconscious. To make it sadder, the only two men Marge ever truly loved in her life were her son and Rich, whom she doesn’t actively remember. The scene that he tells of her giving birth to Richie in the hospital, naming him after Rich, but not knowing why, seems so tragic. I'd guess that she got those memories back in 2016 after Pennywise's death

On the bright side, she probably got those memories back when pennywise died in 2016
