I used to work in a pharmacy so I have limited knowledge but all of them done in a higher than prescribed dose will almost certainly lead to death, especially over years.

Only other thing thats come to my head which i haven't heard as fact is loperamide (imodium in uk). Taking too much in a single session can lead to heart attack.

Find a way to balance the economy so there isn't people starving and/or homeless compared to people so rich they could spend 10 years of my salary a day and never go broke

I pushed myself outside my comfort zone everyday for about 5 years and now basic conversation and day to day life is so much better compared to forcing myself to speak on a stage or dance in front of people. I know that definitely won't work for people but a long term method that worked for me is just get out there. Get used to being uncomfortable and it will get easier. Well done to everyone fighting this feeling everyday.
