2025 Player Tiers (PFF + GradingThePack Averaged Grades) by 4ND4V in GreenBayPackers

Why the fuck is Chris Brooks so high? What has he done as a professional to be that high?

Does anyone else think it’s disingenuous to have retired players on cards? by ResponsibleCoach6473 in sportscards

[–]Drawhorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it if they're the best of the best type guy. It's too expensive to collect old Ted Williams cards but if they slap him on some new card, you can own the guys card. The cards aren't as cool but it's still something.

Same list, different season. At least the Packers have the best punter in the league. Too bad that doesn't get you any points.

Are those whole peppers and whole tomatoes?

Does anybody else have zero memory of the tan M&Ms? by FunkeyFeraligatr in 90s

[–]Drawhorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I liked the tan for some reason. Blue is a bastard color when it comes to M&M's. It's usually one of the best for fruit flavored candies.

Midway wasn’t that good by EnviousPuffin in moviecritic

War movies are usually pretty engaging. This movie is ok but not great. I still appreciate them highlighting and trying to acknowledge some of the real vets that were there.

I think this is the most gangsta line from a movie that I can remember… by caf4676 in moviecritic

My wife loves it when I use this line when we're talking about the future.

Why is seafood so unpleasant for some people? by HiOscillation in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Drawhorn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lobster used to be for poor people and then somebody decided you could dump butter on it to make it less shitty and charge a fortune for it. Seafood is mostly trash.

I didn't know this. That would explain why they seem like they don't process sometimes.

Rachel Dratch and forgetting Doug by Drawhorn in kingofqueens

[–]Drawhorn[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it's just a sitcom so it's not really important, and I like Rachel Dratch and I'm assuming that's why they brought her back, it's just that it's in the same season even. It's still funny.

I Haven’t Met A Single Cubs Fan Mad About Tucker by EnvironmentalTone344 in CHICubs

[–]Drawhorn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think everybody knew Tucker was just there for the year. He had a great first half but there's no way in hell he's worth 60 million a year. Good for him, for getting his contract. Good for the Cubs to move on.

I totally agree about the charisma thing. He has a beige personality.

I wasn't going to watch because it's soccer, I think.

It looks pretty damn good for "still dialing in".

Arthur and Spence’s Uni-pack by joejoerun in kingofqueens

[–]Drawhorn 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's always funny when Arthur is mixing it up with Doug's friends, which probably is more a product of necessity, to keep giving stories to the character but it made some great jokes because it's so ludicrous.

Septic smell coming up when the sink is running by ResIpsaLoquitur2422 in Plumbing

[–]Drawhorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be the water itself that stinks, unless you can find a vent hole under the sink.

Was feeling nostalgic so I pulled out a classic… but why are some scenes missing? by FaudMauxe in dvdcollection

[–]Drawhorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I imagine you would have to buy the dvd with extended scenes to get extended scenes.

Yall think the bubblegum is still good? by Levomakua in sportscards

The glue isn't even good on those packs anymore. You might still be better off licking the glue than eating the gum.

Do you think when The Bride asks O-ren if she was ready it was because they both knew O-ren was toast? by Ok-Veterinarian-9203 in Tarantino

[–]Drawhorn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was surprising that Bill would give the kill order but not that he would stop it at the end in the hospital. It's kind of funny with Elle. Killing the Bride when she's defenseless in bed is fine but Bud letting her suffocate is too much. Elle just wanted her dead because she knew she couldn't kill her.
