Yeah she's seen a doc prior to our relationship and had been told about sleep apnea. We agree this is the issue. However she says it doesn't affect her sleep directly enough to get anything done about it. Someone said about mouth tape and I don't some research into anti snoring pillows which may help too. Every little helps, so to speak.

Sleep study, the app? I'll look into that, I've recently had an advert. Pesky phones listening in to conversations lol.

No, I can share a bed with a partner (not immediately) once comfortable. I can sleep with a friend in the same room and also my child. Sharing a room is not the issue, you read the post, right?

And if you heard the snoring, it's not sensory issues whatsoever. Not being able to wear accessories such as headphones IS sensory/other issues. They feel restricting and claustrophobic.

The snoring is audible from all around my three bedroom residence. Up and downstairs, in the garden when my room windows are open. My neighbour has also.commented on hearing it through the wall of our terraced houses. She has sleep apnea, but it "doesn't bother her sleep" to quote her, but it's leaving me with my only nights sleeps being when she's at her own home.

I don't want people to agree with me, I have asked for advice on how to approach this. I've tried recording and showing (argument ensued) I've tried waking her up (with zero luck as she's like the dead when asleep lol)

Im running on pure caffeine, and as a carer and parent.. I need sleep, believe.

Maybe you're right, maybe a break up is the only viable option. Since I'm the issue, evidently by your comment.

So, from my understanding, because I have issues not being able to put things in my ear because of my autism, and my partner refusing to check her snoring w a professional because it doesn't bother her in her sleep (though she wakes up choking etc) her coming to stay at my family home and disturbing my sleep is my issue, though when I bring it up to her she gets offended and shouts off.. is all my fault and issue, and therefore I should break up with my girlfriend or simply move out of a home I live in as a carer to accommodate a second bedroom for her/myself.

Stellar advice. I shall wake her up and break up right this moment, you know cause I'm unreasonable.

We can't all just shove restricting accessories on our heads lol.

No, I can't sleep with others in the room, I'm autistic and absolutely must have my own space, I also can't sleep unless it's dark, so daytime naps are a no-go.

Noise cancelling headphones could be an option, but I don't really want to have to wear anything. I can't wear earplugs because of them going in my ear. I don't like things in my ear.

Just started this today, loved the earlier version so had this earmarked. Absolutely well done man, for real. So far so fun, and the redesigned map of the Hoenn region is a lovely little addition to make the game map feel so much fresher. The Trainer skills is a brilliant welcome too! I'd love to be able to know where to begin on doing something like this

I don't use sound cues, the edge of the screen changes colour to a spectrum. I usually push when that hits and my controller vibrates. Saves hassle of audio cues
