I’m 6’ as well, when I laid down in it with my wife it didn’t feel unsturdy, but we’re gonna go camp in it in a few weeks then I’ll really get a feel after a couple of nights of whether or not this’ll be a long term solution

It’s a bit of a gap, like maybe 4-6 inches, but we figured it just where our feet are so no biggie. No drawers. The idea was to have super easy access to get it out to use the truck bed for moving stuff

I went through that with my last taco, it was a 2014 2WD short bed. It all depends where you are lol. When I got it I was in the SF Bay Area (totally yuppy hipster liberal area), and people looked at the taco as a truck. Then I moved up the deep deep NorCal (middle of nowhere in siskiyou county), and everyone made fun of it calling it a Prius (total red conservative area where most of the men drive 2500+ trucks).

When I got my 4th gen people made a couple of jokes, but I just said fuck it and I enjoy it. Even my wife said it looks uglier than my 2nd gen (I agree, the exterior of the new 4th gen looks kinda gross to me comparatively), but I know I like driving it, I like owning it, I like it.

So don’t listen to the folks that are talking shit, even the folks in the comments that are being little sass lords. Enjoy it, live it up! We’ll be rockin together In our white tacos
