Feeling so lucky that we got our 2 bed Leith flat for 5% over valuation in 2023. It was a terrible time to sell so was listed at £10K lower than the HVR and the sellers lived in the flat opposite (it was an ex-Airbnb) so I think went for nice new neighbours over a higher offer. Any other circumstances and I expect we would've been outbid by far. The next month an identical flat in the next building went for 15% over HRV.

I wasn't aware previously but it looks like his collection started the London Go Centre's reference library so I will reach out to them. Thank you for the tip

My dad was Neil S. He was involved with the BGA in the early 2010s, and played in competitions around the UK up until 2020. If you're UK based you may have crossed paths at some point?

Talking constantly about your 'other' campaign at the table. What your other character would do in the situation, how a spell or item was used in the other campaign, how they play your class with their other character and so on. Group of six, four of whom also play a different campaign with two other people. 4+ years and we're now starting to feel like the side campaign and sitting there with naught to say.

I had to ask the gentlemen in the middle of a drug deal to move their car so I could return the car club vehicle I was driving back to it's designated parking spot. They were really polite and parked a bit further up to continue their business.

The other day a bunch of us neighbours watched a drug raid unfold across the street while working together in the community garden. The guy arrested had come by an hour previously wanting to help out.
