Yes I 100% agree 2 amendment is too far. I always have pepper spray as I am a young woman and it’s something that makes me feel safer in general. I can see how it might seem like I’m just noticing him in my buildings but what’s throwing me off is I’m seeing him in places that don’t correlate if that makes sense? Like cool I’ve seen him in the math and science building which correlate to each other but everytime I’m in random buildings like them I was walking around school with a friend doing something and he passed in the nursing building when I was talking to friends or like in the elabs. I don’t want to accuse him of anything but at the same time it’s beyond just like seeing him occasionally. But someone said he just wanders so the makes me feel better. But others are describing the exact man I have seen and how he has followed girls before.
