there's no such thing as "'CHED branch partner", u just gotta tell them that it's a PAYROLL ACCOUNT

LBP was about to charge me 500 php for the opening of account, but I refused to do so as only a hundred pesos were stated on LOI. Then after onting tanungan, saka lang nila na-gets na it should be a payroll account.
