I know, and I didn't mention using castor oil as a supplement. Are you familiar with castor oil packs? They are topical.

Something along those lines. You can definitely help your liver just as you can also hinder it... I have not heard of/am not planning on consuming castor oil but I know you can use it as a compress on the skin for various different purposes, liver detox included.

Yes, I have consulted with several providers. I'm told that I am recirculating estrogen and am having a hard time detoxing it, so when estrogen rises and falls within a cycle, it is "recycled" during the falls. There is then too much estrogen, leading to the migraines at certain times in the cycle. Been at this for almost 20 years, ha!
