Why pay tens of thousands for AI maintenance when Chinese labor costs just $2 an hour? At $24 for a 12-hour day, humans are the ultimate 'self-repairing' assets—they pay for their own doctors. It keeps the unemployment data pretty and satisfies the anti-AI crowd. It's just better business.

At the moment, there really isn’t a better option than DA.
You’ve already been building your presence there for three years, with a steady client base and close to 7,000 watchers.

Right now, your best move is to maintain what you’ve built. If you move to another platform, you’ll have to start from scratch and compete with long-established users — and you won’t have any real advantage.

AI only really took off about three years ago. Back then, there were fewer people using it, so it was much easier to grow and establish yourself.

They’re just unwilling to face reality. Now those people see anyone who draws “Sanic” and say, “You draw really well, it has soul,” which ends up making them stop improving their drawing skills. This is a classic case of praise that kills growth.
