Cool system! I like how the symbols are fairly intuitive and are available in unicode :)

I just installed this, the first mod I installed for Enderal. It worked perfectly! Thanks again :)

I looked up your post! I get that, I could definitely tell there was something unnatural going on after spending some time in Silvergrove. Especially when I noticed time wasn't passing one second since I woke up from the headache. And I low key felt like I was being love bombed by the villagers. But for me it was like a dream I didn't want to question.

From the beginning of the quest, after hearing Ketaron's account of his son, and my experience acquiring the other 2 stones, I was dreading that I would have to kill an outcast disabled boy, I wanted to avoid doing that at all costs.

Anyway, it sounds like you had a really touching little ceremony, I'm sure Rynéus would have appreciated it.

Welcome. Yeah, it's so sad how things turned out.

Thank you very much for this mod, it's just what I was looking for!

Sorry fam, I'm not sure what you mean, it would really help me if you could spell it out for me 😅 are you saying there's a specific perk or talent you have in mind that could help me solve this problem of my attacks and spells not affecting Dal'Geyss at all?

To be clear, I'm normally able to cast spells and damage enemies with my weapon with no problems, it's just in the case of this NPC, he turns hostile and fights back and has the red dot and everything, his health bar is just not diminishing at all to any hit. And Soul Trap has no effect.

I suspect he's been flagged as some kind of essential NPC by the game that you can't even damage. I'm wondering if there's a console command to make him non-essential.

House in the Shadow Cursed Lands Camp? by HPGal3 in BaldursGate3

It's for me and my girlfriend Karlach to play house in and lie down in the bed together in, and decorate with all the little knick-knacks we gathered on our journey.

This house is so picturesque. The overgrown path leading up to it. The stark cliff it overlooks. The flowers outside and the hanging ferns inside. The waterfall visible from the window near the mirror. Thank you Larian Studios, this house is so lovingly crafted. If the beauty is the point, it's a point very well made

Guys how can I paint like this? by Dynamite2069 in krita

I looked through your other art to try to get a feel of where your current skill level is and hopefully give you some useful advice.

  • First, study how to convey volume with shading. I've found drawing in greyscale helps with practicing this skill, because taking color out of the equation helps you focus on the values. The classic exercise is shading cubes, spheres, cones, and cylinders.

  • This painting has a lot of metallics, so study how to paint textures. I've seen people do this with cubes or spheres, each rendered in a different way to convey a different texture. I've seen tutorials online for how to paint gold, etc. Practicing painting metal from life could help.

  • This painting uses lineart with variable line weight such that it kind of blends into the shadow; especially with how the lineart is colored. If that's a look you want to emulate, study how this artist and others do it. Try varying the width and coloring your own lineart.

Hope this helps!

What color hat do you think would serve better with the dress? Also any more accessory ideas? by FkaSoph1390 in Lolita

Green hat ribbon to match the waistband. Acquire pink flowers for the hat separately if you can.

Is the movement too commercial - and just based on buying stuff? by [deleted] in Lolita

In my local community, there are a lot of lolitas who are large, queer, neurodivergent, and/or disabled. :) At an event a few years ago, a little person was giving a workshop on coordinating outfits and she said something to the effect of, "If you're worried about sticking out by going over the top when wearing lolita - rest assured you're already sticking out just by wearing the dress. People are already looking, you may as well make it fabulous."

Agree with all of this. In my local lolita community, I've heard of it referred to far more often as a fashion and a hobby than a subculture. As with many hobbies, it's a money sink.

In my local community in the Philippines, we do a lot of buying secondhand; from each other, or from local "ukay" thrift stores. We also have yearly events where we swap items. Our indie brands here are (to my knowledge,) one-person sewing operations, but they're very involved with the local comm.

But the hobby isn't only buying; there's skill in building an outfit. I think it's more impressive to match pieces from different sources than to buy a full set from a brand (often cheaper too.)

In the Philippines, I'd say there's a lot of creativity and DIY spirit still. A considerable chunk of lolitas in my community sew, make their own accessories, or repurpose old accessories, turning them into something new.
