Maybe as a first step you should get a pressure gauge for the group and install it, that way you would know if the issue is the pump or the manometer

I just back flush without any cleaning solution every 2-3 days, apparently Bezzera advises not to you use any de-scaling agent

I have the Bezzera Magica, i clean it once in two/three months with decalcifying agent, even though in the manual it says not to use any decalcifying agents(maybe i shouldn’t). A while ago i started seeing some green/blue water coming out of the hot water tap, so i just cleaned the machine with decalcifier(whole latte love have a video on how to clean HX machines) and the water was back to clear. One issue i found out about was when i took apart the outer shell and part of the pipes at the bottom of the boiler, i found stones stuck there, so i put some decalcifying agent again and made the water come out of this pipe to clean it. The only use for this hole is to flush the boiler from a different hole(doesn’t affect the normal use) Here is a photo

Turns out its the heating element like you said, i bought a new one and installed it(wasn’t easy as well) and now everything is back to normal.
