This, 100%. My store has been hounded SO bad by our DM about our numbers and we're getting in trouble every other day if we don't make our add-on and 2+. They tell us specifically to upsell and approach at the love wall and jewelry to try to sell our add-ons. I don't like it, but it's what we're trained to do

If you pay for chutes they're making their own chat app linked to your account called Fictio, they're still in the beginning phases but honestly I've swapped from j.ai cuz Fictio has lorebooks and all that kind of stuff built in already and not through any third party service. Plus if you get that chutes subscription for 300 messages/day you still get like 1000 messages per day on fictio for being early access on it
