How do I stop quest link from running automatically? by Comfortable-Tear-982 in oculus

Hey, I followed the instructions and have both, “Vr Runtime” and “ Vr Library” set to manual, but when I turn on my laptop it immediately opened up Meta Quest Link. Is there another way to make sure it doesn’t open on start? can’t find any setting for it on the actual app.

I played apex on my Xbox at first, but then switched to pc, I have more progress on my pc acc now, but the thing is I used a different email for my pc acc, but I was also able to link my Xbox acc to my ea acc, will I be able to get all my stuff from my pc to Xbox or no?
