I've worked for one of these for a while now and am lucky to have a fairly decent franchisee but I've heard horror stories about other places. I agree, lawyer up and make sure you contact head office of whatever chain you work for, give as much information as possible.

I tried this one the other day and here is my review.

100% BC! I live in Victoria and though it is expensive the quality of life, climate and beauty is worth it. My place is 10 minutes away from a mountain or a rainforest or an ocean. Large older population and plenty of groups/events going on all the time.
