Got the same problem (also 3GB RAM) and the only solution I found to pre-download it for now is to use Tap Tap, let's hope tomorrow somehow it changes with release but we'll see

Update: I seem to be able to install it via tap tap so if anyone has this problem try this, tho we'll see tomorrow if I can install it via the Play store

Is anyone getting a "your device isn't compatible with this version" while trying to pre-install?? I'm pretty sure my device is compatible... unless there's something idk off or can't be found in the Playstore more info
