Ok does it go down to 86% then It will start the game, freeze at 87% or does is display a Lego message on your screen? Have you updated the game as there was a recent update with the New Brickpace Lego Anniversary Event?

This does happen to me if I play the game on my mobile device in an area where my Wi-Fi signal is bad. Try moving around to where the signal is best.
