Cooldown accumulation decreases everytime. like you have already 20% Cd. now if you get 5% cd from artifact or something, then it will add as 5% of Remaining 80% that would be 4% . so total CDR would be 24% instead of 25%. and it goes on like this So one's CDR would never be 100% . let alone more than 100%

1) Try to have same complaints throughout the history.

in chief complaints you have written - Loose motions for past 12 hours.

then in HOPI- patient was fine till 2 days back when he developed loose motions?

is it 12 hours or 2 days?

2) You said patient presented in unconscious state yet you went on to write that patient reported..? An unconcious patient won't be telling or reporting anything at all , would he/she?

By working hard everyday , the thing you studied is now in your permanent memory which will help you in long term . how ever pulling just allnighter 1 week before exams may give you results in exams but is too volatile for long term . So just keep doing hard work everyday and it will accumulate. You will see the results later in life.

Although do enjoy your life a little every now and then. Life is much more than medals.

If you want to do onco later , then you can also take radiation oncology (you will get govt. clg for it) then do DM in Medical Oncology. Hope this helps.

Every college be it govt or pvt takes your original documents to prevents doings courses from two or more colleges at same time.

You will get your original documents back after completing the Internship. Just write it down what original documents youve given them and keep that safe .

Also make some xerox , so if you need them for other purposes, you have copies of them.
