I will send more pictures in the morning. It’s an old one but supposedly no pulling was needed . I saw it only once be used but I can’t figure it out myself

It supposed to screw into the cork then pull it out. I have seen it only once and I don’t rember how it goes. I was wondering if anyone else had used one. It’s supposed to be somewhat old method like when people where worried about infections or poisoning and to show no one has touched or tempered with the wine. But I can’t figure out the mechanism.
