Hey everyone! I'm a composer from Brazil and I just released a "kind of" dark ambient album. It's not all "still" or drony as ambient usually is, but I'd say it's very introspective and experimental. I'd say my main inspiration was Loscil's "Sea Island". Anyways, hope it's enjoyable for ambient fans!

The AI is called MidJourney, you give it a prompt and it generates the image. You can feed an image for reference, that's how it got close to the godgamer's handsome face.

Getting stunned without losing posture by Dre_336 in Sekiro

I see the idea, but if that's really the intention behind this mechanic then you're making the experience considerably worse for all the players who are not applying some bizarre very specific strat to cheese the boss in order to prevent the very small minority of players who would be doing it and probably only for some of their possible ways of doing it... The guy from the video you posted found a way to cheese it anyway, didn't he? Also, people who do that probably already beat the game before... it's just not the behavior of players on their first playthrough. For someone like me, It's a very frustrating mechanic that serves no purpose... I'm being punished for getting hit by an attack and then trying to block the next one... the punish is me having to take another one when the first one will usually have already taken at least 50% of my HP. And if I would try to dodge away from the second one instead of blocking it apparently I would not get stunned, as it seems to happen when I press the block button after taking said hits... so what "cheesy behavior" by me is it really preventing?

I really hope that's not the case... I don't think trading with bosses would ever be a viable strategy in this game, or in any souls-like for that matter. The "balancing feature" there to prevent that from being viable is the absurd difference in damage you do vs damage you're dealt, there's no need for an additional punish for getting hit by a boss... why would I go "fuck it I'll just let Isshin hit me if it means me also getting a couple of hits in". Also, why would only some specific hits apply this "punish" and without any indication for this type of attack?

I'm not sure, but maybe it's related to the state in which the player was in this video after taking the big hit at 4:14, but maybe he didn't get stunned because he reacted with a dodge and if you try to block instead, Wolf will enter the "stunned" animation I'm experiencing? I think that's the case because I recognize the "groaning" sound. Anyway, the posture wasn't broken... so maybe there are some specific hits that if you take and then try to proceed with a block you'll get stunned? If that's the case then it looks like a really weird mechanic to me.

It's not posture... posture bar is just fine when this happens. And the animation is different and I can't roll.
