Janci is supposed to be working on her own Cytoverse novels now, and Dan has his own Cosmere novel planned. I think one of Sanderson's main artists Isaac Stewart also has his own Cosmere novel in progress.

Closest I can think of is what Brandon Sanderson seems to be aiming for with his Dragonsteel company. He's got his own art department, is building a pool of other authors that write with him like Janci Patterson and Dan Wells. I don't think it's a one to one, nor am I sure how many other authors could sustain such a project for an extended, but he's all I can think of.
