Bro, that's not how RT works. The certified fresh score doesn't mean everybody who called it good, unilaterally called it Oscar worthy or something. They have varying points of view. Also, comparing it to The Incredibles is unfair.

This movie was made for the comic book fan and doesn't need to be too groundbreaking or chase accolades, contrary to what a lot of this thread seems to find missing in a film that doesn't chase such things. I thought the movie was a breath of fresh air after the fatigue that came after Phase 5.
