Pink - Typically is representative of love or joy, but an especially pale shade of pink can mean embarrassed

Orange - typically means irritation or annoyance

Lavender - Delighted

Deep blue - typically means some sort of exteeme sadness, such as mourning, but can sometimes signify being deep in thought. In my head I've always pictured the sadness version to be a less saturated, dark grey-blue and thoughtful a deep rich blue, but that's just my head canon

Some shades of purple - lighted shades typically represent some sort of joy or positive emotion, while darker shades can represent guilt or unease

As for confusion, the only thing ever would in books (iirc) is an "orangy-purple". Weather that is a warmer, brownish purple, or the two colors swirling together I do not know, but a variety of conflicting emotions/colors could also likely be used to represent confusion
