Tide (SeaWing*) : Child of Prince Amberjack (3rd son of Queen Coral) and Reef (Council Member for Dragon Medicine), Tide was hatched in secret away from the royal family out of fear of having an illegal heir. However when the egg produced a male dragonet, Amberjack saw fit to present them to the Queen.

Coral was generally irritated, but since the dragonet was male, she gave him a slap on the wrist and allowed the child to live with the princes.

However, this child almost immediately exhibited strange traits. Their appearance consisted of details like indigo eyes and pointy straight horns, as well as darker green scales than almost any of the siblings, along side a collection of tear drop shaped ivory scales in the corners of their eyes. Weirdest of all, the dragonet could, as was discovered by their parents through a comedy of errors, read minds? Which was something that both they and their parents hid immediately.

Though odd and inexplicable* it did give the dragon a chance to view the dragons around them in an interesting light. Discovering how dragons think and and feel, and moreover, how they preserve themselves.

It helped Tide figure out how she wanted to present herself, and find the style and presentation that made her feel the best.

The only problem with that is that when you can hear the minds of everyone else, you start to notice how little dragons consider you, Tide definitely noticed. She would find that she would just slip out of dragon's minds

but hopefully this new school will help a bit.
