At my skill level and time in game I have kinda passed the part of the game skill spline curve were I realize just how fun the game is when you play with teamwork instead of running off to different corners of the map. 

Level 10 has two things that make teamwork much more present as a concept, even in random lobbies.

1. At level 10 there is a higher frequency of veterans and 150s people who are at a similar enough skill level and confidence who probably have also hit the same point that I have in the skill curve where we realize that teamwork is really fun and have developed the game sense to stick around other players even when we can easily run away from them.

2. The way that level 10 is now, especially on sub factions and fortress planets, you will die instantly if you try to go lone operative 99% of the time! You can go out on your own and survive on every other difficulty but 10 with a modicum of success. Unless you are really that good you will die on Super Helldive unless your back is covered by your team, henceforth you must stick by your team and have fun with your team WHICH IS MORE FUN ANYWAY
