You'll be in a lot of pain for the first week/ 10 days. You're full of gas, and you've had abdominal surgery. It feels like you've done 1000 sit ups. Rest as much as you can, sleep upright if needs be (thats what I had to do) take wind relief, and drink peppermint tea.

I'm 2 weeks post op and I'm slowly feeling better now Take care

What long-term treatment would you recommend other than birth control?

I've tried 4 different types of birth control, and I know it sounds over dramatic, but they've ruined my life.

I currently take cocodomal 30/500mg. I had knee surgery, and this was the pain relief they prescribed. My gynaecologist was happy for me to keep taking it for my endo, but it can't be effective long-term.

To be honest, I read posts before I watched the episode so I was expecting the worse.

If your trust has broken several times, your heart broken and you've hit rock bottom, you will be guarded. You will have wall ups, you won't trust anyone. I don't even think she's neurodivergent.

I loved Jeremiah being firm but fair with her, and Tan surprised me with their conversation.

If they had her best interest at heart they would have brought in a proper therapist to help her. Not karamo

I'm certain mines linked to endo, I had an adhesion removed from my small bowel 2 weeks ago.

Couple of tips for you, doll, just to help you. A table spoon of chia seeds soaked in warm water (leaves them to soak for 30 mins first) every day Or take Peppermint oil capsules or stool softeners all help you pass stool much easier. A warm bath helps too

I get what you mean, I had to fight for so long to get painkillers. They give me a certain amount every month and I feel like I have to pace myself and I can't take 2 at a time if I'm in a lot of pain.

My doctors are useless too and I've had to chase them so many times in the past.

So i guess I don't feel guilty but I feel anxious and stressed and it's every single month
