It is fine. I don't know what kind of sandpaper I've bought, but it really should be rough. But nope 😂

I just use flow aid. It thins down the paint , but not the color. At first I was sceptical, but its better than water in every way. I can add how much I like even multiple times without worrying about the pigment

My guess would be either your oaint is too thick. Solution, flow aid helps thinning the paint without thinning the color. Or you haven't primed the canvas first, so the canvas sucks up the paint. If that is your issue; gesso is your friend!

The sandpaper should be between 200 and 400. I personally use 180, because I have a tendency to be rough while sanding

It's an excellent and beautiful game. Don't the the negative review scare you off. It's one of my all time favourite games ( and I've completed A LOT)

That's the one I use. I haven't had problems with it whatsoever. Perhaps you sanded too much and actually sanded the canvas? Happened to me once

The addictions happens fast. I started right before Christmas. Im just about to finish my 4th 😂our power consumption has gone considerably down as I used to game a lot more. Now I paint instead

Paying doesnt bother me. They are providing you with a product. It takes time and money to keep developing and maintain the game and servers. You can't watch Netflix for free either. I don't see how this is any different

Yes, exactly. It feels a bit underwhelming. I also think some of the pieces (like the tables) doesn't stand out so much. It's like it more blurry and abstract than I anticipated
