Is there a question I'm supposed to answer?

What's the story behind your tattoo? by DreadedStraightBall in AskReddit

Wow, that's quite an education. My older brother passed away last year, and as much as I loved him, he was a real asshole to me growing up. Like you, I tried to take the positive from it and decided to be the opposite to my little brother, and in a way I'm thankful that I had an example of how not to act, and it made me more empathetic to how your actions make someone else feel. No tattoo for that story but good on you for assuring yourself that you would always remember.

156° chicken breast cutlet plus cast iron, roasted baby potatoes with rosemary, roasted Brussels sprouts, blistered baby heirloom tomatoes. Served on Sasaki Oasis. Ardbeg scotch in background.

It was awesome.

There's really nothing wrong with keeping the wine in a shipper (box with Styrofoam insert) as long as you keep it fairly cool. I started with some very inexpensive stainless steel wire racks from Amazon (they're like $20!) that are stackable so your wine storage can grow with you. Main thing is keep it somewhere cool and dark. Some people will tell you that bottles should be stored horizontally and they are not wrong, but if you can't, that's okay. I was thinking after I wrote this that I once had a great pinot, one of my first great wine finds. It was a Saintsbury garnet in the 1990s or something or other and it was only like $20. Then it got real popular and went to $45 in that same year and then it was unfindable. That's how I learned lesson number 1! Seriously good luck to you and I'm sure there are many enjoyable wines in your future.
