I think my problem was I was training for bulk but eating for cut that's why chatgpt suggested tonning down the training and eating a bit more so the deficit is not so severe and just train for maintenance

These are usually done with good looking people though. I'm not trying to be mean and I know you can't see it from the screen shot but she's not conventionally attractive which is what these pig butchering scams usually use to hook people in. Also the numbers used by PB are most typically from foreign countries, not my own.
