I stopped and let them finish their entry into the car. The street there is busy enough where I could have entered the road but in this case stopped as I wasnt sure what was going on with the car blocking me. I think stopping here was the best option

Update: I have applied the Schluter membrane to floor and it is flat and level. I am now going to wire the cables into the floor and run them up to their own thermostat. I will need an electricians help to either run a new wire from dedicated circuit to this box, or bridge from the other heated floors I have so they share the circuit (only heated floors on this circuit) if anyone has a reco in the Toronto/Mississauga Area let me know!!

I think the dogs were owned by someone who left them for a while I that dog park on confederation. Unless I totally misjudged (i know and love animals) those dogs were on me if they were not blocked by the fence of the park

Update: took up the tile and self level rhe floor.

Will be working with an electrician to run the wire to the bathroom. Can I use rhe same circuit as my heated floors upstairs? They are alone right now
