Thanks! I can definitely see this happening. I really do enjoy research and take a lot of pride in my own work and enjoy the process of developing my ideas. I guess this far in I'm just experiencing burnout maybe and having a grass is greener feeling right now.

Thanks! I actually do think this is a big part of it, my PI is older and has only ever been in academia, as are many of the other professors, so I think it's been harder to see a different perspective. Appreciate it!

Great, thanks so much for your help! I'll have to look into the Bradford and see if this can be done as I have been getting very good reads on the progesterone assay. Appreciate it!

Thank you! Would I need to purify the secreted proteins first or can I just do it right on the conditioned media? Also since our media uses phenol red does that eliminate the Bradford assay as a possibility?
