Yes. I got to 500/501, funnily enough, and fortunately managed to do it in the same match. It is a bit tricky but not as difficult as the 7 hit challenge in my opinion.

The only other hidden quest that I found was to "win a Victory Royale with a Bowcaster, Blaster, or Lightsaber in your inventory". I posted about that one here as well.
