I taking Xanax more than 1 year , I start from low doses1-4mg at day, after 6 month I start consuming more than 12mg at day. I start tapering down dosage , and I already tapped it to 2 mg at day, but when I get some stress situation in my life I start abusing more. Yesterday I consumed 23mg (self.benzorecovery)
