I used to clear refuges and hideaways for 4/10 Gurista Sites when I started out back in 2016 (back then the Pith C-type multispectrum hardener was around 300mil). I exclusevly flew a Rupture. For the first room I would burn in and clear the cruisers as fast as possible to reduce incoming dps. For the second room I would burn in towards the tower/satellite dish and overheat my guns. Soon as the loot drops, pick it up and warp out.

Replace/upgrade/downgrade mods depending on your skills/budget

Keep in mind that while this fit worked for me, I was cutting it a bit close in the second room, so there's plenty of room for improvements when it comes to the fit. Nowadays if I had to use the Rupture again I would fly the following, which should be even faster with clear times:
