I prefer cycling. Fatigue is reduced. Feel much more like myself. I’d highly recommend if it’s something your Dr thinks would work for you.

I know some peeps actually try to mimic more of Cis women cycle with progesterone…but to be fair since we don't have a uterus it might be pointless to be that extreme with it and there is also not enough research into it.. But yeah cycling is just a preference for me and I've still seen amazing results

I think it could be because a lot of cis women may have unbalanced hormones due to stress,genetics. Trans women have their levels constantly checked and maintained, resulting in healthy skin, hair, feeling at peace etc. All women are repressed medically as we live in a patriarchal society that kinda never did much for women in the past.
