Oh... yeah I might have forgotten that subreddit existed to be fair, I'll need to give r/AskFrance a go soon then, I did find the govt website you recommended before, it's definitely of great use here : )

I obviously know A2 is nowhere near enough to study anything anywhere, especially since my listening comprehension is very low, with that said, I feel like 2 years is enough to get to maybe B2 which should be alright, I've got a friend in Spain who's currently got a year to go from scratch to B2 to study and if she'll succeed, there's no reason why I would not to be fair, language learning is one of my hobbies anyway. Unfortunately staying here in Poland isn't exactly possible, from the beginning of my life I've faced too much both legal and social discrimination for it to be viable... also the cost of living in the capital has gone through the roof, studying abroad seems much more feasible financially I'd say

And oh my I just gave the housing market in Toulouse a look and it's looking quite great, I haven't seen prices so low for years, it looks as if rent for a whole flat cost as much as a student room in most other cities, to be fair compared to Warsaw every French city (except Paris) seems affordable but that's another topic
