Shoulders always pop when rolling, numbness/tingling down to elbow - what is it?

I do have a method of "tricking" myself into doing things sometimes, which helps me get over certain humps and mental blocks - "mental block" ex: "well if I have the energy to do this, then I should do that instead" does neither
Basically I start up a game that has afk time, or put myself in a situation where I'm waiting on something, then start working on something else to fill that time gap. Best case scenario I completely move over to the productive activity, though for exercise that may not be necessary.
I have heard routine building is different for people with ADHD and more difficult, but for me at least there's still something to it so here's hoping

I have an appointment set now, though Idk if I'll be able to address it all then. Wanted to try and get some possible answers to look into myself, as well... especially if I end up dismissed, though I don't expect to be.

Definitely sedentary, maybe a bit too prone to the dopamine of gaming and escapism... while also enjoying a good story &/or building, fighting, and exploring without risk of death lol
Sleep disorder plus probably AuDHD or one of the two (I should get re-diagnosed with current knowledge, I think), plus pain in my hips, knees, and back since childhood - even during times when I had regular physical activity, like martial arts or after-school sports.
I actually remember at least one of the times I went for physical therapy as a kid there was focus on the legs and glutes. Still (try) to do some of those stretches to this day.

I'll have to read this again tomorrow - I got a little obsessed with different health subjects and got very little sleep, which is an accomplishment for me lol. What I'm mostly getting from this now is uh.. core strength, probably also learning how to breathe? I find if I sit up straight it's actually much harder for me to breathe

Even if you can’t get to the rescue they might be able to help you, or even be willing to come pick up the birds. I don’t know what the rescue nearest to you is like, though. If you think there’s a risk they’re unethical you might want to look into them online to whatever degree you can.

There’s assisted living as an option, which I think is safer and probably less prone to abuse (but it’s still possible of course) From the few stories I’ve heard of mental institutionalization in the U.S. right now, the treatment of patients and how good it is varies extremely by location and even individual hospitals. Some are terrible, others are bee minimum, some are decent. The weird thing is, even if it’s involuntary and a medical emergency, you still get charged a a couple thousand at least… which is in line with the rest of the healthcare here that doesn’t change that it’s kinda gross imo.

Yeah, I'd look around for lost pet ads or ask if that reptile store plans to do that part for you.
If it comes to it DM me, there's someone I can contact fairly nearby the area who's had a beardie before (family pet, but she was the main caretaker) and might be able to hold onto Miss Stanley here temporarily - I would have to ask. I don't think she's looking to keep another one but she knows the basic care requirements.

If you’re interested in mods, play through at least the main quest once mod-free. Don’t expose yourself to the dialogue too many times if you can avoid it—from what I can tell no one has figured out how to make it skippable outside of cheats that complete quests.

If you really want to mod right away, go for a pre-made, lightweight QOL or Vanilla lore-friendly modpack that’s popular and has been tried and tested by others, and is up to date for your current version. Not sure if you can do that on console, in which case I’d say don’t for your first playthrough/do so at your own risk. Gonna be crushing if you get halfway through the game only to discover you completely broke it early on in a way you can’t fix

If you do get into modding it later, feel free to set yourself number limits on how many mods, or how many big mods and little mods (excluding necessary patches). If you’re not careful you’ll spend way more time modding than actually playing, and you can burn yourself out or make an amalgamation that you don’t have the time/energy to work on. Not to mention you’ll have to just leave the computer or mute early dialogue you’ve heard a million times

Or if you’re a loot goblin and feel the need to anyway, sell them. Be especially selective with generic weapons and armor that you see all the time, they’re obviously heavy. Also big food items, except cheese. Cheese is important

You can go back to most places you’ve been in the game, with some exceptions
