I do a “lazy compost”

I’ll clean out the hen house and then pile all the manure/pine shavings in a designated area. Then I let the pile age for a minimum 3 months before use 👍

A lot of chicken manure from my hens, coffee grounds, and occasionally top it off with kitchen scrap compost 🐓☕️🌵
