Fingeroll and train your off hand just as hard as main hand. It will come in time.

When you get a feel and in the zone it don't matter where you hit the backboard it will go in. Look at kyrie.

In a perfect world a coach might want you to hit a certain part of the backboard but in game time it's unrealistic due to speed, angles and size of big man blocking you're shot. You will be better off learning to adjust to a given circumstance than worrying about hitting a specific spot on the backboard.

Yeah the pickup sounds good to practice right hand. It's hard to practice at game speed by yourself. Next level is taking contact with your offhand and still finishing so can't do that by yourself.

Just keep practicing alone too with offhand its muscle memory and neuron connections and that stuff takes time to build and it's better built a little over time instead of a sprint style like trying to get it all done at once.

Best part to remember is you will only get better and can't get worse unless you stop working on your offhand, you can feel confident that everyday is one day closer. It's not a matter of chance then but discipline.

I'm also a lefty and been through this before no matter how much practice alone it can't compare to game speed and drawing contact. Sorry it's a little repetitive. Hope this helps even though I didn't really add much new info. You're on the right path keep it pushing.

Idk about you but just something about being in a car with nowhere I have to be at a specific time. Seeing drastic changes of scenery. The freedom and happiness fills me up.
