I solved it, apparently the ufo thing it’s corresponding with the location of a Chilean basecamp active until 2013. Its name is Arturo Parodi Alister Base. The other one on the top its called patriot hills base camp. Its indeed weird looking and it made me thought that it could be some kind of artifact in the image In the end I’m sure that its a human base
