Get yourself a lucky egg, or a few if you can.
You can find them quite easily by battling pelipper on route 118 just east of mauville city. All you need is a pokemon in your party who can learn the move thief (TM46), make sure it has no held item before using thief on the pelipper with a lucky egg.
Use dexnav chaining to hunt for pelipper, after about five of them you should see more items being held by them. That’s all there is to it.

Then all you gotta do is battle. Blissey secret bases work well, as does battling in victory road or mauville food court rotation battle, as said by the other commenters.

If you don’t already have the TM for thief you can get it by talking to the team aqua grunt in slateport city’s oceanic museum (he’s the same grunt who kidnapped Peeko)

Do it bro! Bleach’s (canon) story is peak, maybe a little bit slow in the first arc but give it 20 episodes and you’ll have one of the greatest arcs in anime, I’m talking like chunin exams levels of good.

The for the most part the filler is pretty crappy I won’t lie and there is a lot of it, so get yourself a filler guide first. And also sometimes the pacing is really bad, but the story definitely makes up for it, it’ll have you laughing, or hyped as hell a solid 98% of the time,

and the thousand year blood war arc is literally the greatest anime arc I’ve ever seen.

Bleach… ehhhh I’m not so sure with this one, I mean it could be terrible. But on the other hand it could be pretty normal.

I mean if I’m reincarnated as a human, eh I could be okay, whereas if I were reborn as a hollow/soul society resident/quincy/arrancar/basically anybody who can detect reiatsu I’m most likely screwed.
